Tutor Assessor in Property Maintenance (x 1 post)
Salary Range: £27,269- £34,810 per annum (1 FTE)

You will be required to deliver, assess and track and monitor progress of apprentices on the Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative. The post will involve having a caseload of apprentices and you will be responsible for teaching, learning and assessment at college, ensuring timely and accurate reviews, assessments and progress for all. You will be responsible for coaching apprentices/learners to achieve the skills, behaviours, and knowledge to successfully pass their Apprenticeship Standard to a distinction level wherever possible.
You will work as part of the Apprenticeship team within the college and will report to the Head of Apprenticeships.
You will possess a minimum of
- A relevant Level 3 or above qualification within a construction trade.
- Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English (A* - C) or to be achieved with the support of the College
- Assessor qualification
- IQA/SV qualifications
- Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English (A* - C) or to be achieved with the support of the College
- PTLLS, CTTLS, DTTLS teaching qualification (or to be achieved within 12 months) and teaching experience
- Experience in teaching and assessing on technical and competency qualifications and portfolios.
- Understanding of EPA requirements.
