Full time, 37 hours per week, fixed term to cover maternity leave

SCP 12, £17,436 per annum

The Role

This is your chance to play a key support role for our College examinations. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the data entry of examination results, the processing of completed exam entry forms, and checking that students are enrolled for the right examinations.

You will raise invoices to students and employers for their examination fees and check and record invoices from examination boards. Attention to detail will be vital, as you will enter candidates for their examinations, sort and prepare exam papers, stationery, and notices, and distribute results.

The Requirements

Qualified to Level 2 including maths and English, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, meet tight deadlines under pressure, and enter large volumes of data accurately and quickly. A team player with excellent keyboard and communication skills, you will also be willing to work outside office hours during the main examination period.
