Hours / Tenure: Full time (37 hours per week), permenant

Salary: SCP 16 £20061 increasing to SCP 17 £20718 upon successful completion of first team

Do you want to support a College that provides young people and adults with the technical and personal skills they need to succeed?

This is your chance to promote and recruit to the Prince’s Trust Team Programme, the renowned self-development programme for young people. The Prince’s Trust team Leader position is a varied role involving recruiting, planning and delivering team programmes with all the required elements. You will be required to network with training managers, employment services, careers officers, youth organisations, schools, and colleges, as well as design and deliver an active programme of activities which includes a team-building residential, community projects, team challenges and individual work placements.

A positive role model for young people, you will bring strong leadership, administration, and influencing skills. Able to work unsocial hours. If you do not have a recognised teaching qualification, you will be keen to achieve one. A sound understanding of your local community would be desirable and access to a car with Class One Business Insurance is essential as the role will involve driving on company business from time to time.
