Actual Salary: £29,982 - £31,983 per annum

37 hours per week, 1 FTE, Permanent 

(Term Time Working - 39 weeks + 2 flexible weeks and/or Job Share will be considered)

We are looking for inspirational and dedicated individuals to join us on our journey to Outstanding.

We are looking to appoint a Careers & Progression Co-ordinator to help us achieve excellence across our Careers programme and to co-ordinate all careers-based advice, guidance, learning, activities and events.

As Careers & Progression Co-ordinator you will; Provide impartial careers guidance, including career action planning for current and prospective students of all ages, by means of individual and group work as appropriate;

Review, develop and support the delivery of the Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme throughout the academic year;

Offer students support and advise in choosing appropriate destinations.

You will; Possess a Level 6 Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance and Development;

Have experience of delivering CEIAG events and activities within an educational setting;

Have the ability to provide an effective, proactive, customer focussed service;

Have excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills;

Have well developed IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
