Salary: £18,327 per annum
37 hours per week, Fixed Term until May 2023 (1.0 FTE)

The Prince’s Trust Team Support Worker plays a key role through working closely with Prince’s Trust Team Leaders to establish individual learning plans and provide in class support to ensure all learners have an equal opportunity to achieve and progress. This role is central to the continued success of the Prince’s Trust Team Programme across Staffordshire. Through facilitating initial assessments, creating group profiles and providing small group or one to one support, learners especially those with learning difficulties gain a lot from the course and will go on to successfully complete. 

You will work as part of the Prince’s Trust Team Programme delivery team, providing key support to Prince’s Trust Teams being delivered across Staffordshire.  You will undertake initial assessments, draw up Individual Learning Plans to facilitate individual learners’ achievement. Liaise with Team Leaders and learners to create a comprehensive group profile for every team. Work with the college’s Learning Support department to organise specialist assessments for learners and agreeing individual support plans with learners.

You will possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications including Maths & English and qualified to Level 3 in English. Experience of conducting initial assessments with learners and establishing Individual Learning Plans is also essential.
