Join Our Team as a Progress Coach

As a Progress Coach, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one and group basis, providing tailored guidance and support to help them thrive both personally and academically. You will play a key role in fostering resilience, raising aspirations, and supporting learners in overcoming barriers to success.

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individuals with experience supporting young people in educational or youth-focused settings – whether as a youth worker, teacher, support tutor, mentor, or in a pastoral or advisory role. What matters most is your commitment to student success and wellbeing.

You will have:

  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people in education in Stoke on Trent.
  • Experience supporting young people with a wide range of personal, social, emotional, and academic needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate learners.
  • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential.
