Are you passionate about empowering learners through language and education? We’re looking for a dedicated ESOL Teacher to join our dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced educator who thrives on delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences to learners aged 16+. If you’re enthusiastic, committed, and ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ESOL classes across a range of levels in Speaking & Listening, Reading, and Writing
  • Support learners in preparing for and undertaking ESOL exams
  • Teach Foundation Maths and Digital Literacy as part of a holistic study programme
  • Develop learners’ employability skills through engaging workshops and outdoor activities

What You’ll Need:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS, or CET)
  • A subject specialism in ESOL (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, or Level 4 Certificate for ESOL Subject Specialism)
  • A passion for inclusive education and a learner-centred approach
