Lecturer in Maths

Salary Range: £27,269 - £34,810 per annum pro rata

Part time, 6 teaching hours per week, (9.25 total paid hours per week), (0.25 FTE)

Key tasks of the post, will include the coordination, design, delivery and development of programmes of study up to level 2 for groups of learners.

You will work as part of the Maths team, providing delivery of GCSE and functional skills maths.  You will undertake 7.5 hours of contact class time with learners each week.

You will possess a minimum of being a qualified teacher e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLLS or CET or a firm commitment to obtain the required teaching qualification. You will have a degree and a level three qualification within a relevant subject area. We require staff with experience delivering GCSE Maths in an education setting.
