Community Learning Teacher (2 Posts Available)

Salary Range: £26,661 - £34,653 per annum pro rata (SCP 26-38, Grade 3B-4A) 

Proportional, part-time contract, 0-6 hours per week (each post)

Stoke on Trent College is going through an exciting change and transformation programme.  We are looking to expand provision into Newcastle under Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands communities and we are looking for inspirational and dedicated individuals to join us on our journey to Outstanding.

We are looking for two experienced Community Learning Teachers with a Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Education and a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. You will have recent experience of delivering family learning and employability courses to learners.  Motivated and with a positive attitude, you will have a supportive and empathetic approach and be able to motivate and inspire our learners. 

You will join an established team that plans, implements, and delivers a wide range of employability courses, enrolling and supporting learners on these courses whilst also contributing to relevant administration.
