Full-time role, 37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE

Salary Range: £27,269 - £34,810 per annum pro rata

Stoke on Trent College is going through an exciting change and transformation programme.  We are looking for inspirational and dedicated individuals to join us on our journey to outstanding!

The successful applicant will join a team that plans, implements, and delivers Plumbing and Gas programmes to a range of learners on full time and apprenticeship programmes. This will be across the provision from Level 1 to Level 3.

Key tasks of the post will include to coordinate, design, deliver and develop a programme(s) of study up to Level 3 for groups of learners and to assess learners according to established guidelines, providing a positive learning experience.

You will possess at least a Level 3 qualification within the relevant vocational sector (plumbing and gas) a degree level qualification would be desirable. You will possess assessor/verifier qualifications and a minimum of four GCSEs (A* - C, 9 – 4) or equivalent, including maths and English. You will have vocational experience within the Gas and plumbing sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to plan and prioritise.
